The government has published their Employment Rights Bill Implementation Roadmap which provides clarity for workers and businesses on how and when Government will engage and consult on those details. It also lays out anticipated commencement dates for different parts of the Bill – providing clarity on when we can expect to see the changes take place on the ground.
