Administrator – flexible hours to suit the right candidate
Monday to Friday
Quayside office location, Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary - £15,000 - £17,500 (full time equivalent)

We have a fabulous opportunity for the right applicant to join our small but extraordinary team as an Administrator. We are a busy HR consultancy working with a huge range of clients across the UK and Europe. We are particularly keen to recruit someone whose excellent administration skills are coupled with an interest in people and with a desire to potentially progress their career in HR.   In order to achieve your ambitions, full training will be provided, including assistance with CIPD qualification fees, should this be appropriate.

The post requires someone who is well organised, with the ability to multi task, prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met and work in a methodical manner with a keen attention to detail.   You’ll be an effective team member and work with minimum supervision – if you are self-motivated and able to use your own initiative, then this is the role for you!

You’ll have a solid understanding of office procedures with extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. The ability to take comprehensive notes at meetings would be a distinct advantage.  Finally, the right candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will have a calm, positive and friendly manner.
