Holgate HR's 8th Birthday

February marked Holgate HR’s 8th year in business, and so we thought we’d take a moment to look back on one or two highlights and key events that have led us to where we are today.

Holgate Timeline
Back in 2009, business started with a boom when Andy and Caroline designed a comprehensive performance management system for a major high street retailer. The growth of the business continued and in 2011 Holgate HR welcomed our first international client on board, and we are proud to say that we continue to travel throughout Europe and the UK to support our clients.

Another source of immense satisfaction has come from the pro-bono advice that we have given to a range of charitable organisations over the years – many of whom we continue to support to this day. 

2016 was another exciting year for us as we expanded the team with the recruitment of Ruby, our Business Development Officer, and also moved into offices on the Quayside in Newcastle.  With exciting plans for growth in 2017 we look forward to further developing our products and services, expanding into new sectors, and generally continuing to love what we do.

Our 8 years in business has seen many highs, and let’s be honest some lows too (anyone who is self-employed will recognise that statement), but overall it has been a massively rewarding journey that we know will continue for many years to come.
